MEMBER SUPPORT SERVICE

CONGREGATION AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT MINISTRIES
Serving God and His People

We Are Committed To...

  • Discipling people enabling them to reach their full potential in Christ.
  • Developing and nurturing lasting relationships with other believers.
  • Serving one another in the love of Christ.
  • Pursuing the kind of unity of purpose that brings out the best in every member.
  • Empowering believers to share the gospel with their lifestyle as well as their words.
  • Creating an environment  of support and encouragement that nurtures the gifts and calling of each individual and provides a place for them to invest those gifts.

THE MINISTRY OF ELDERS AND DEACONS

The ministry of Elders and Deacons at Faith Fellowship Ministries is that of service. As stated, that service is to both God and His people as they are precious to Him and therefore to us. Along with our Pastoral Staff, the Elders and Deacons establish a network of support that embraces the congregation of FFM providing encouragement, guidance and direction as well as to sustain them in their times of most desperate need. They will be the ones you see praying for people, visiting the sick and comforting the bereaved as well as working in every other area of ministry.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES PROGRAMS (M.S.P.)

The services we provide to our members are designed to connect them in a meaningful way to this local body enabling them to fully benefit from the community of FFM. Membership classes introduce individuals to our purpose and mission as well as apprise them of those benefits. They are introduced to leaders and a support team that will help them become a part of our FFM family. Classes are provided in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

THE ROAD TO CHRISTIAN GROWTH AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

The Road Program was designed to equip believers for the work of the ministry and help them find their place of service in the local body. Participants are encouraged toward the kind of personal and spiritual growth that will enable them to be a vibrant and valuable part of the local body of believers. The program lays a basic foundation upon which the believer will continue to build for the rest of their lives.

EVANGELISM & COMMUNITY OUTREACH MINISTRIES (E.C.O.M.)

Sharing the good news of God’s love for the world is an essential part of every believer’s life and is reflected not only in the words we speak but in the way we live each and every day. At FFM we provide training and opportunities to do just that as we encourage every individual to embrace evangelism on a personal level and be a living witness. FINDING YOUR PLACE IN THE MINISTRY (FYPM)

Every believer has a place that they have been gifted to serve in, and it is our desire to help you find that place. As you invest your God given talents, skills and abilities in the local body, you will find a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment in the knowledge that you have made a real difference in the life of another individual. Stop at Volunteer Central and speak to a representative.
