Hired to teach K-4 in 1982, Rev. Maryanne Percy, an early member of the church, later became the Dean of FFM’s Bible school, ACTS, now FITS She has now for almost ten years serves as the Ministry Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ministry.
Personal:
- Love music, outdoor activities – hiking, cross country skiing, kayaking
- Come from a family of nine, married with two children

To provide leadership necessary to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the ministry and to make sure that each department / employee has the appropriate resources to accomplish their goals.
Rev. Maryanne Percy is the director over the following departments:

- Audio / Video Reproduction
- Engineering
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Audio
- Television and Radio
- Faith International Training School (FITS)
- Adult Education and Tutoring Program (GED)

- Visitation (Hospitals, Nursing Homes or Shut-ins)
- Victory in Jesus Ministries
